Title: Tank carrier’s lateral epicondylitis: Case reports and a new cause for an old entity
Author: Barr, LL; Martin, LR
Abstract: Introduction: Lateral epicondylitis is a common injury which may be difficult to treat. While the injury is classically associated with tennis playing, a number of other causes have been reported.1,2 However, the entity has not previously been associated with the carrying of compressed air tanks. We report five cases of lateral epicondylitis related to the carrying of compressed air tanks during dive-related activities.
