| Abstract: | An interesting case of acute immersion pulmonary oedema in a fit middle-aged woman is presented. Intermittent dyspnoea and cough occurred over a seven-year diving history in temperate but not tropical waters. Cool surface weather conditions prior to symptomatic dives may have been a contributing factor. |
