Abstract: | The gas hood system for chamber diving, decompression and therapy is a modern outgrowth of the Oxygen Therapy Hood designed by C.J. Lambertsen and L. Godfrey (Pat. #). It compresses selecting rigid, collapsible and semi-rigid hoods, together with seals gas circulating and gas conditioning systems. Each hood includes provision for smooth, clear, enforced version consisting of undistorable? visual surface. One hood is rigid, one collapsible with rigid visual segment. The seals employed include a folding neck seal of silicone rubber sheet and an electric, distensible? neck seal. |
